Staff all the time were pleasant. The idea to include an electric kettle, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge in the queen room was nice. It's based in the center of the city...

Plenty of extra supplies: central heating, a dining area and a work desk. Only 5 min walk to downtown. Good restaurant. Hotel was reasonably priced.
